Founded in 2003 by managing director Mark Garcia-Oliver, The Fresh Pasta Company supplies the finest Italian fresh pasta available in the UK. The pasta is made in Italy with "00" flour, free range egg and exquisite ingredients for the fillings, using traditional methods of production.
The filled fresh pasta comes prepacked in six flavours (250g tray serves 2 people), to serve with melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese for a delicious, warm, healthy and easy to prepare meal.
