“Caviar” for cheese
Fruits purees are used throughout Europe as
an accompaniment to cheese. Simply add to a cheese-board as an alternative to fresh fruit.
Alternatively serve with cheese on a cracker as
a pre-dinner canapé.
We call them ‘caviar for cheese’ as they are
super-concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
All natural, no gums, pectins, or stabilisers
- just pure fruit and cane sugar. |
