Monthly Cheese Selection

If you love cheese too, or know someone who does,
why not make a gift to them or yourself of our monthly artisan cheese
selection?
We choose cheeses from what is in season and in the best condition, and
we provide detailed cheese notes so you can learn about what
you are eating. (So much more fun than the Open University.)
It’s not a club because you may buy one month’s
selection a year, all twelve, or simply dip in and dip out whenever you
choose.
Every selection contains around 700g of freshly cut and individual
cheeses (enough for 6-8 people) PLUS a pack of our own Fine Cheese Co
Crackers ( a different one every month).
Our monthly selection arrives on the first Thursday of each month,
ready for the weekend.
A monthly class costs £32.50 including
overnight delivery to UK mainland destinations.
6 classes cost £175 delivered, if paid for in advance.
12 classes cost £330 delivered, if paid for in
advance.

A selection of cheeses you might receive:
Barkham Blue - as close to blue butter as is
possible. The richest Guernsey milk combined with an intense blue
veining, yet with no bitter bite . Made by Sandy Rose in Berkshire.
Vegetarian.
Cornish Yarg - wrapped in nettles carefully
applied by hand. Garden-fresh with a delicate crumbly texture and clean
herbaceous taste. Made by Dane Hopkins in Liskeard. Vegetarian.
Petit Basque - an orange glow conceals the
firm texture and rich full flavour. Not an aromatic cheese with
powerful aroma, but a French-Basque ewes’ milk cheese of
subtlety and length. Pasteurised.
