Cancellation, Dissatisfaction, and Late or Non-Delivery

You may cancel your order at any time before the goods are despatched. If you wish to do this, please email flo@finecheese.co.uk, or call our Customer Support Line.

If you have any questions about whatever we have sent you, or you are unhappy about it in any way, again please email flo@finecheese.co.uk, or call our Customer Support Line. We shall do our best to answer your questions and rectify any problem.

We send goods through TNT, and you and we pay for a service that promises delivery by noon the next day to all locations on the GB mainland (except to certain parts of Scotland, where a before-noon delivery cannot be promised). This normally works efficiently, but there can be a strain on the system pre-Christmas, and anyway, with the best will in the world, deliveries may be delayed or parcels may be lost. It is important that you let us know as soon as you suspect that a delivery has not been made when it ought to have been made, so that we can find out what has or has not happened, and do everything that we (and TNT) can do to redeem the situation. Any complaint is taken very seriously, and we try to respond to complaints as soon as we possibly can.
